Price info	Our prices are indicated in the price list. Rooms: The prices are quoted in Euros per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 days. Apartment: Prices are quoted in euros per day for the whole apartment for a minimum stay of 3 days.
Ski pass prices	Dynamic pricing - The earlier the cheaper! The "online from" price is the cheapest available online rate. The ski pass price increases gradually depending on the season, purchase date and demand. The online prices are available until 5 days before the first ski day. After that (from 4 days before), the spot price also applies online. Pick-up: You are welcome to pick up tickets purchased online at our pick-up machines at the Festkogl valley station, at the Festkogl underground car park, at the Hohe Mut valley station, at the Hochgurglbahn valley station, at our partners in the hotel and the sports shops. Experiences included: From the purchase of a 6-day ski pass, entry to the Top Mountain Motorcycle Museum and the James Bond experience world 007 ELEMENTS is included. Admission to the 007 ELEMENTS world of experience must be reserved in advance here.
Tourist tax	Summer: €4.00 per person/day plus, from 14 y.o. Winter: €4.00 per person/day plus, from 14 y.o.
Inclusive price	All prices include: electricity, heating, water, bed linen, towels, tea towels, final cleaning, garbage, and VAT. Final cleaning included.
Breakfast	For our rich breakfast buffet we charge €18.00 per adult in summer, €20.00 in winter, children under 10 are free. Of course you can also take advantage of our bread delivery service, which is offered every day except Sundays.
Pets	Dogs are no longer allowed with us
Sauna	Sauna on request in summer!
Internet	Free Internet access in all rooms and apartments.
Around the house	In a few minutes walk you are in the center of Obergurgl. Hiking trails, ski trails, ski lifts and ski schools is available directly on the doorstep.
Parking	Free parking on our private parking space.
Arrival and departure	The apartments and rooms are available from 4 pm. The departure should be take place until 10 am. We are kindly asking for early notification for arrivals after 6:00 pm.
Payment	Cash, EC-Card, credit card
Cancellation	Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the holiday. From the 30th day before the start of the holiday, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 70.00% of the total amount, from the 8th day before the start of the holiday, the guest will be charged 90.00% of the total amount.
Travel insurance	We recommend taking out travel insurance.
